
On 12 of April ArtMinerva and Gesar foundations held a press conference at Tapeley Park Manor. They announced that there has been a satisfying response to this year’s promotional campaign for 2010, the first of many future annual fundraising shows. The event takes place on Saturday 24 April at Tapeley Park Manor, North Devon. The theme for 2010 is to raise funds for victims of natural and human disasters in conjunction with the promotion of local arts and crafts at the same time. The show will feature a significant involvement of artists, actors, authors and traders .The keynote speakers for the event are Hector Christie, George Leoundias, Magdalena Rutkowska and Blandine Martin.The event will be attended by celebrities and will provide a unique opportunity to promote local traders’ produce as well as contribute to the fund-raising efforts for the humanitarian effort in Haiti and the artistic restoration of L’Aquila in Italy, and to further the reputation of the kindness of the people of Devon as seen through the eyes of the invited international press present on the day.Joan Magnoni, speaking for Tapeley Park Manor, comment: “Registrations for this year’s show are going well and there is a real buzz about the event.
